For those not needing an entire apartment, Independence Place also offers by-the-bed leasing. Our fully furnished by-the-bed program includes cable/HBO and high-speed Internet. Residents are responsible for electricity charges.
All beds are required to pay a $10 flat water fee. No pets allowed on by-the-bed rentals.
